This project consisted of three residential blocks, two of which are six-story buildings positioned above a shared two-level underground basement. The inclusion of four lifts ensures seamless daily functionality and convenience for residents.

The thoughtfully planned separation between the buildings not only enhances privacy but also creates a shared communal space, encouraging social interactions and fostering a sense of community.

The structural design features reinforced concrete slabs and columns, providing exceptional durability and stability. Lightweight masonry materials were used for the external walls, offering excellent thermal and acoustic performance.

Top-floor units were designed to include concrete slab mezzanines, adding a sense of spaciousness and versatility. Furthermore, the generously sized balconies elevate the living experience, offering luxurious outdoor spaces for relaxation and entertainment.
