Abraham Der-Melkonian

Founder & Director

Abraham Dermelkonian is the founder and director of Melkonian Constructions Pty Ltd, bringing over 40 years of expertise in both theoretical and practical building. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and a Master’s in project management. With more than 30 years as a registered builder and accredited building practitioner, Abraham is also a proud SIP member of ASBC and MBA, underscoring his commitment to excellence in the construction industry.

Sue

Manager - Administration

Sue has a background in accounting and engineering drafting. She is responsible for administration, office management, financial management, accounts and leases.

Michael

Contracts & Purchasing Manager

Michael hold the role of Contracts and Purchasing Manager. He looks after the roles of Contracts Administration, Purchasing and office practices. Michael holds a Bachelor of Business and a Postgraduate Diploma in Law.

Mustafa

Project Manager

Mustafa is responsible for Project management of selected Melkonian Construction Projects. He has an exceptional ability to manage projects to schedule and budget. As civil engineer by profession, he has successfully completed a range of projects in NSW. Mustafa has established himself as a valuable member of the Melkonian team since 1998.

Eric Bernard

Manager Site Acquisition & Projects

Eric has substantial experience in General Management, encompassing the fields of Accomodation and Education. Eric has Masters Degree qualifications and has skills in a number of fields from Negotiation to Mathematical Modelling of Development Projects.

Robin Zhang

Operations

Robin Zhang employed since 2009, holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Management and plays a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations of the company . Robin oversees staff management, payroll, material procurement, and accounting, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows. Additionally, Robin manages financial commitments and serves as a key liaison between site managers and office staff.
